hips are still narrower than shoulders, take you meds schizo. plenty of MALE BORN AND IDENTIFYING MEN have wide hips, they usually get bullied for it in high school. also hrt adds a bit of fat to make the hips look wider and if you do the proper workouts you can marginally make them appear wider (i was a sprinter for years) still, this will only do so much if your bones arent right
