If its august, and you say you want the door that is to be opened on october to be opened one month in advance, then you better bet that that door is being opened in semptember. YOU SAID A MONTH IN ADVANCE.

So that means, i have to pay the rent for October in semptember. Since semptember is one month in advance before oktober.
