Trying to push and push and push reaching for your board inside and moving around in circles. Instead of trying to dig into your skin with your fingers use a blunt object. I have a rock I like using. It’s best to only target the areas I mentioned before.
Sometimes I like squeezing an area until there are bruises and then you can squeeze on top of your bruises which is great and you don’t have to apply as much pressure when you get to that point to still feel it.
Advantage to cutting since once you slash an area you have to move on. Your epidermis only has so much area on it to use. But with bruising you can re-work an area over and over. I’m sure there are other ways to do it. This is just what I do.
