Guilty did defeated hairstyle like Nao and Youko sensei letting their hair down, so likely will see more in other titles.

For future heroines, I guess we have yet to see a short hair blonde, or one with drills.

Personally I prefer to see more casual alternating hairstyles (whether girl is broken or not), like Nadia or Shion having both types in most of their sprites.

Yeah that would be nice, and I would prefer it as well, but it would require more work to be done on the sprites, so I can see why Guilty isn't focusing on that.

And speaking about sprites ... another nice, but unlikely feature would be the heroines changing their underwear to more risky ones, the more she gets 'sexually broken' ... eventually ending with a no panties, bra / socks only style.

It could also be used as as an 'progress bar' on how much of the heroines route is left to the end.

Not to mention it would make the changing clothes, a more believable, instead of a purely cosmetic one, feature, since I seriously doubt that the heroines have only one pair of underwear during the entire game events, especially considering how wet the heroines get during some scenes. (Maika featured as an example)

Well, it's not like they are so poor they can't afford another lingerie set, more likely it's their personal taste and they got few sets of the same underwear model stashed at home.

You can say the same thing about their uniforms - after each encounter with male sticks it's all drenched up, laundry service surely flourish in Totiko games universe.

Well, first of all I don't consider Misaki's design boring, since it's a refreshing change compared to the long haired protagonists we had in the past few Toriko games.

As for why her design was greenlit ... most likely because she was designed by the same artists as Miho from Toriko no Shizuku, and that artist thought that a similar design would match with the plot of Toriko no Shimai - which was most likely written first, before any heroine 'design' decisions have been made.

Although that is only my speculation, since we probably won't know for sure, since no one here has any access on how Guilty's game production process looks like.

Misaki actually has a more unique design, since I can't exactly point out the obvious rip-off design, other than perhaps Pyra from Xenoblade. Also to correct the character designer, Misaki was done by Akatsuki Hijiri, while Miho was done by Saimon. They may have shared some designs between artists, as shown in previous thread with multiple traced scenes.

Aina has a great design though my complaint is much wasted potential on not having her in more cosplay scenes considering her being a weeb. I don't really count her DLC bonus scenes since anyone else could have been in her place, and ironically the ones used in Kizuna DLC could have been given to her like Rie bodysuit, Sara police uniform or Juri cheerleader.

I am still fond of foreigners like Nadia >>6306076 and Cynthia from Last Waltz.

Well what I remember about Aina is that her route was different then usual, since Aina lost her anal virginity, before her pussy was deflowered.

So far there hasn't been a repeat of that in the other Toriko games, so it was a nice change from the usual defloration 'order'.

Basically you have to deduce the statements meaning on you're own after you get the translation results, which is why I use a few different machine translation services at the same time and try to deduce the meaning of the mistranslated sentences.

In my case, the voiced heroine lines also help.

Chigiri: Track 13 for its raw grittiness.

Shirabe: Track 16 which is usually the last scene for the girls and notably Nao DLC graduation gangbang. Though I agree Nao's defloration theme (12) is also a close fav. There is also an unused track 18, which is weirdly awesome but not fitting for this game.

Kusari: Track 16 which is again most of the girls last scenes, with track 11 and 12 close runner-ups for the rising tempo thrill. Another unused track 17, which is again weirdly awesome but not fitting for this game.

Shizuku: Track 12, featured in Miho defloration for its excitement. Most of its other tracks like 7, 9, 10, 17 kind of fit the ocean theme. Track 6 is named Shirabe oddly fitting for its string music melody.

Yugami: Track 14 fav with its steady tempo rise, featured in Shion, Kyouko and Nami defloration. Sadly most of its other tracks are bit out-of-place, like track 5 main theme does not really match the Toriko style.

Refrain: Same as Shirabe, though it is listed as track 20 while previously it is 16. Now the previous songs also have titles, notably 9 is named Kizuna. New tracks like 25 is rather "stressful cheery", considering it is the twins theme.

Kizuna: Track 14 for the excitement, featured in Maika first dp and others defloration. Also like track 11 for being Rie's theme

Shimai: Track 16 for the slow build-up, featured in Hyouka first in-game scene, and later Misaki maid scene from choosing bad end and most of Yuna's scene. Track 11 is titled Dead Demon Rebirth (feels like a SMT reference), weirdly not rapey at all and Kazuho intro theme.

Well, after Shimai ... what kind of heroine group would you like to have.

Personally ... I think it would be interesting to have a group of idols ( 4 virgin heroines) + their slightly older female manager (not a virgin).

As for the plot ... the group was sent to some kind of quite hard to approach place, to train for their next 'event' managed by their sponsor company.

Unfortunately ... the news about the 'event' was leaked to one of that sponsor company 'rivals' ... who sent a few 'bad guys' to impede their 'training'.

They 'got to' the manager first, but she was quite tough to 'beat' in their 'first attempt'.

Now the main protagonist (let's make her the groups lead singer) - who also some slight familial relations with the manager learned about her 'problem' and agreed to take her place ... leading to the loss of her virginity and the usual dilemma of trying to practice for the upcoming event, while being daily gangraped at the same time.

I know that it sounds pretty similar to the plot of the first Toriko no Shirabe, but with a slightly different heroine cast, Guilty could still create something unique in that kind of setting.

Especially, since we didn't have a lot of idol heriones in the Toriko series so far, since I only remember Nonoka from Toriko no Shizuku being one.

Well, certainly that could be possible, but it's still slightly too 'school' related, after all the last three Toriko games were 'school' related and while I don't mind that - since school skirts in the H universe have 'easy access', I think it would be better and more refreshing, if the next Toriko game would be slightly less related to the 'school setting' :)

If it's the first one, it's not common, at least in Guilty's modern era games, since apart from Chigiri, I remember only two other games having them and both of them were in the 'DLC bonus segments'.

But if you meant the gangbang's ... then yeah they are pretty common, at least in Guilty's 'rape' themed games, especially the newest ones, were all the heroines have gangbang scenes.

This has been a longtime thing with Guilty games. Some of their earliest games from the early 2000s have this. It's basically just running with the usual trope of the villains prostituting the heroines in all sorts of ways to humiliate them.

Did some attempt on editing Shirabe and Refrain scripts. The translated script are basically MTL, and had to be done line by line using WPMGUI. However it seems that the games may have a separate character count check (either in the edited script file or some other file), causing either later scene to loop or push forward.

This is just a trial test to see if it is possible, but it is bit too tedious. I would argue it may be more viable to learn JP in the meantime till better tools or how adv_hd games are better operated.

Considering it's a engine that Guilty made 'in house' and how niche it is ... I doubt that any tools or better understanding on how the adv had engine works is going to be reached anytime soon.

It also doesn't help that Guilty uses DRM which are probably only suppressed and not completely removed, which might also complicate things.

I think Yui's popularity was how Saimon ended up taking up lead artist for Miho in Shizuku and Shion in Yugami. The adv_hd.exe is actually shared across other Willplus games, and there were some folks online taking a crack at the other non-guilty games. That exe is like the main compiler of all the game assets, which is why some of the recent Guilty games can use the same crack exe and I heard being tried upon the non-Guilty games. It is the game assets that need to be separately extracted and looked into how they work.

Alternatively since I am able to extract the assets, I am looking into maybe just using a video editor to edit and translate, since it will be easier to add/remove some parts like removing Miyake from Nao after credits in Refrain since he barely has any role, or add Shou sprite from Shirabe into Shimai since it is hard to track when he is mentioned on screen.

Frankly I don't mind the Mary Jane adaptation, coming second next to Suzuki Mirano adaptation on older Guilty games. It is GOLD BEAR adaptation on Shizuku that I had issues, even under Murakami direction. That got butchered even way more and animation has plenty of errors. Ending was also weird, like it was implied no one was steering the ship hence the authority intervened to save the girls off-screen. Think only Suzuki Mirano only does definite bad ends for the girls.

Think Yugami adaptation story-wise should be doable, since the game itself has too many redundant dialogue so they can be cut. Whether which studio can animate it well is another story.

But there is also a possibility that ... assuming Guilty is going to continue releasing new 'smaller games' under the 'Nightmare project' after Vampire that the games from that brand are going to have a higher priority compared to the Toriko games in the 'rerelease order', since with a smaller amount of cg it's easier and less costly to produce a animated variant compared to larger games like the Toriko series.

Rapelay isn't produced by Guilty so I don't think it's a good thread for that kind of discussion ... but you haven't posted anything about the system you are trying to run it on ... and it's a quite old game, so if you have something modern like the latest version of Windows 10 you're only option is to install a Windows XP virtual machine, set it up with the Japanese locale settings and then install Rapelay and try to run it from within the Windows XP system that you have there.

According to my calculations, the amount of scenes that Shimai had was

4 prologue
10 main route (Misaki route)
7 scenes for Yuna's / Hyouka's route's
8 scenes for each for the two Uryuu sisters routes
12 scenes for the DLC's
Which sums up to about 56 scenes.

I haven't calculated the previous Toriko no Kizuna release, but considering those number - do you think it's better to continue having 5 heroine's in the next Toriko series or would it be better to have only 4 heroines, similarly to Toriko no Shiarbe - Refrain and have the possibility of having more scenes per heroine at the cost of less heroine variety.

Personally I wouldn't mind Guilty trying to go with a smaller number of heroines again - bonus points if it would include some returning, aged up (and obviously, not virgins and dealing with some 'tragic' past events :) ) , characters from the previous Toriko series games ...

I counted based upon the number of scenes shown in the 'scene' tab, if we count it based upon the cg tab it's going to be

Prologue - 5 cg's
Misaki route (main) - 20 cg's
Hyouka route - 9 cg's
Kazuho route - 14 cg's
Futaba route - 14 cg's
Yuna route - 13 cg's
DLC - 12 cg's
Total - 87 cg's

At least if I haven't made any mistakes...

Number of scenes in nukige, by price tier, has generally gone down with time. It should not be attributed to the number of heroines. The scenes are more expensive now because of how well made they are with variations, sound effects, and zoom ins, and doing everything at a higher resolution so the zoom ins only look bad rather than terrible.

Toriko no Shimai Review Part One -- "The Numbers". How many times the women get fucked, in order by scenes. It is mostly the number of men except a few scenes. [] denote deflorations. Not sure how to count the main route dungeon basement scenes.

Futaba gets it super rough, with her finale and the scene before her finale being the roughest main route scenes in the game. After revolting and being overpowered and dragged off to the sex party, she has to play a blowjob/handjob game, then a game where men fuck her in both holes where she has to say who feels bigger, and then the winning team gives her another round of gangbanging which ends with them giving her so many drugs that she basically breaks.

Yuna generally gets it really rough as well, with what would be two of the roughest main-route scenes in the entire Toriko franchise.

Which, might mean that Guilty stopped being slightly more lenient toward petite heroines ... since from what I remember Sana from Kizuna had a quite hard route as well .

It also makes me wonder ... what would be the reaction ... if Guilty made the next Toriko heroine ... as a petite character.

After all, judging from your counter, Misaki had it quite 'easy' compared to the other Shimai heroines :)

Misaki is definitely above average in terms of how much she gets absolutely wrecked for the series. Most of the earlier games are rather tame, and have two plot branches for the main heroine with one having almost no gangbangs.

As for Sana (Sara?) being drugged out of her mind in her ending is the only positive for what is really just forced slavery. All three of her DLC endings are their own interesting branches. In the maid one, she is basically living as a forced slave in a brothel and being whored out to the wealthy. In the swimsuit one she is being lent out as an unwilling toy to build stature for the school. Then in the big gangbang one she is basically a comfort woman for wealthy students at the all-men's school.

While Yuna getting broken was great, I wish they didn't reuse the CG from Kizuna. Since the Shirabe DLC, I'd like to see more of the heroines pilloried, so overall it's a plus.

Well using a previously made image as the base of the new one, requires less work then starting it from zero ... and we don't know what kind of deadlines the artist's working on Shimai cg's had...

Not to mention ...personally, I don't have a problem with Guilty's artists using the same / similar cg in different games ... what I do have a problem with, is ... reusing the same cg (with some minor changes) in multiple scenes of the same game - * Yugami * - fortunately Guilty hasn't returned to that practice *knocks on wood*.
