>>4391170>>If the yuri isn't important enough to be in every continuity, then it shouldn't classify as yuri.Mai's manga series are hated for a reason and are frankly handled even worse than the anime itself, under your logic Hime should be even less regarded just because of that and this also hurts Utena, but ironically helps her more ROD and even Precure, since the Read or Dream manga is ridiculously gay with no het and the Precure mangas can also be even gayer than the original.
>>Same with those shitty eroge adaptations that simply remove the self insert male in exchange for yuri fanservice that goes nowhere.Mention real examples and I'll believe what you say, because Koi-hime basically has a girl who has a harem of women she has sex with on a regular basis and another couple who has been quite explicit about sex as well, in addition to the couples presented.
>>:3You're stupid, but I'm sure there are already plenty of stories in those universes that could be considered yuri without any problem, that's how the multiverse works, stop using far-fetched examples, they're not helping you.
>>Or calling scientific railgun a yuri series because you can just pretend the spin-off is its own continuityNobody does that, it's explicitly set in the main universe, the most you get is people giving importance to secondary characters, but ironically ignoring that what can really be considered yuri in Railgun is Saten and Uiharu.
>>just pretend the other OVAs dont existWith that I refer to the beginning, that is what Mai-Hime fans do without irony, they pretend that it is the prominent and important het does not exist, they even refuse to mention the manga series.
although the really funny and ironic part is that nobody denies yuri in Hime, it's just that it's not as important as it's made out to be and the anime isn't that good either, but the series that are demonized for less, yuri is denied and they are treated like garbage.
