They are starting to experiment, but it still boils down to cute girls being cute, and that's what 90% of the fans want to see, when I compare the views of the "sensual" episodes with the views of story focused episodes.
The public has spoken, and the public doesn't care for narrative, the public wants Thai girls smooching.
I myself consider it "Guilty Pleasure", nothing I would recommend to the every day watcher, only to /u/-fans.
>>4366010I'm not that big on social media, so I don't know what you mean with misogyny comments, but I do know that GMMTV is bringing at least 3 /u/ shows in 2025. "Us The Series", which is already running, "Girl Rules" and "Whale Store xoxo". But yeah they are mainly a yaoi company, but "Pluto" is already one of their most popular shows, so I guess there will be more /u/ in the future.
