>>3058026No Yugioh series is worth watching for the yuri, due to the almost non-existent interactions between female characters. As for watching in general:
The first season of 5Ds (64 episodes) is pretty good, possibly the highest point of Yugioh. After that, the second season sadly loses steam due to long filler arcs (which can be skipped) before it goes back to the main plot. I'd still say it's pretty good and worth watching.
Zexal is the most bland of all, a generic card game anime with an annoying protagonist and a monster of the week plot for half of its run. It only picks up in season 2 after about 70 episodes, and only because of Vector (the best Yugioh villain). It also has the most boring and repetitive duels, with only a few near the end being notable. Not really recommended.
Arc-V suffers the same as 5Ds but worse. The first season was godly in how it setted up the plot and characters (and had interesting duels too), but then it crashed and burned, first with a year-long filler arc, and then with a hugely degraded writing quality and a shitty ending. While 5Ds could easily be watched up until the end of the first season, watching Arc-V is not really recommended because none of the plot points and character arcs from season 1 get a satisfying conclusion. Watch only if you're ready for disappoitment.
As for VRAINS, it's pretty dull, not as much as Zexal, but there's hardly anything interesting. It has tighter plot, but it comes at the expense of character development.
So basically, only 5Ds is worth watching, unless you really want to see your cards animated.
