All three of these endings are quite happy, with the two in the first chapter being particularly romantic. Though they do very heavily imply that you missed out on something with Zakuro, urging you to do her 'route' that leads to the next chapter.
Each of these three have an H scene with their person and at least one kiss as well, with the ones in the first chapter being extremely lewd.

You could read just the first chapter or two and be completely fine but then you might feel compelled to read the next one, which has a male protag and the majority of the het/rape.
From what I can remember from the partial patch there were three dude/futa scenes, three yuri scenes, three scenes where a girl was forced to masturbate on camera by girls (though two of those had males watching), two scenes of a girl masturbating in public, and then like 10 that were either rape, mindbreak, drugs, or a combination of those, but all girl/guy (except one case of guy/guy). Then there's at least two yuri make out scenes with several smaller kisses, a scene with 3-4 girls in a bathtub washing each other playfully (twice, once in swimming suits and later naked), and some kind of creepy brother/imouto stuff towards where the partial patch stopped.
