And when it comes to fetishes it results in stuff like this. You yourself mentioned the vestigial torso, but they wouldn't see it that way. They would see the concept of "giant ass" and then "there is also a torso, it's a person after all" but they don't connect it in one go, they don't compare the torso to the ass in terms of size difference(other than big-small) and in many many, so incredible many cases, the artist(and people who look at the images) start to snowball into exaggerating it more and more. You can see it in pretty much 90% of all extreme fetish art, that they always start with regular asses, then regular fat asses then extreme fat asses and then these kind of abominations you see in that picture.(and it can get even worse from there, but they always start normal)
In other words, why I even bring this kink shame up, is because I know they are in a downward spiral and I don't like to see people ruin themselves like this.
