A big thanks to the few seeders that made this possible. The UK, French, US, Spain guys, thanks a lot. After several days, I'm also seeding the whole thing. The Korean guy is weird. His bandwidth was like 5 bytes/second. I don't know why there are so many leechers still and few seeders. Just buy a 4TB surveillance hard drive for a couple bucks.

I knew making a Hitomi Tanaka megapack was a bad idea since it would just split seeders.

Fyi: my pack has all that packs content included.
The difference is i just swapped out the inferior quality videos in that pack with the ones i already have.
Also my pack has all her videos up til retirement and VR.
So my pack should make that one obsolete but if you want to, i aint stopping you.

Sorry for taking so long but some of these encodes from the old megapack are fucking strange, they're not actually in 12fps it's just that with DXVA turned off they fuck the renderer with jitter and I can't tell why since no other videos of similar or greater bitrate cause this problem for me.
Examples of the problem are mostly in a range starting at MDYD-921 and ending at MIRD-150, it's a decent chunk of the Moodyz catalog now that I think about it, although DASD-132 has another problem where seeking can take several seconds and turning on DXVA doesn't fix that.

Again, these encodes are sourced from the old megapacks, so if you just grabbed from those you should have them.
And for anyone else reading, turn on DXVA, don't assume it's on until you check.

They all seem to be around 30ms, except I did find some others like PPPD-788 have even worse jitter but only while that chinese QR code is on screen at the start of the video, which makes me think it's some weird codec bullshit caused by the people who ripped the video.
I did try VLC and it works fine, but my default is MPC-HC so I have no idea where the hardware acceleration setting for VLC is so I can't turn it off for testing.

I think the ripper used a custom setting that broke software rendering slightly.
Again it still works with VLC or with hardware accel turned on in MPC, but there are at least a dozen videos with this problem, up to you if you think it's a problem worth solving.

Personally, if the video runs on vlc it's good enough for me.
And if it doesn't, i have a blanket solution for videos that are corrupted but playable by just re-rendering it on davinchi.

thanks bro, these are exactly what I was looking for. I did not expect Kaho's collection to be so large though. I'm trying to juggle a few 2tb portable drives to store everything but looks like I'll just have to get an external HDD on black friday.
