The image with a specific hash is the same no matter where you get it. You can just download the image without the rest of the files.
Then use an up-to-date activator you got from a trusted source. By the way, yours is old and might not work on modern systems (at least without some tinkering which might require the knowledge of types of licensing keys, editions, activation process, yada yada). Obviously, disable the Defender while doing that. Ratiborus tools have a built-in option to manage it, and add exceptions for later.

If you like repacked and pimped editions, you're on your own. Sometimes they are very convenient (e.g. to run old Office versions on modern Windows, or to make a bootable flash to install multiple Windows versions), but you still need to read quite a lot of text to understand what was done, and why. Best case is when you studied the problem enough to repeat all the steps, and make the same changes manually.
