>>33852964Nothing I made sure to get one with an opening big enough for it I just gotta pull it through a little bit cause when it's in the cage it's annoying to pee and dribbles all over my balls when the foreskin is all in the cage. And when it's pulled through too much it gets pinched and fills up with pee and gets stuck so I have to make sure it's line up lol. Hate my foreskin sometimes, been thinking about getting a flat cage with a catheter so I don't have to take it off to conveniently piss
