Dronification is where you effectively take me, dehumanise me, train me for perfect, mechanical obedience, treating me as an object, a tool, a machine. Lots of training and there is a website that explains better than I can (Hexcorp). Latex and a tinted mask to make it so that all my identity is dissolved, don't refer to me by name, just by a number, all that shit.
