A. No major studio would fund it because it would piss of the 'WOULD SOMEBODY THINK OF THE CHILDREN' crowd.
B. It would be heavily criticized for reinforcing the submissive female trope.
C. The cinema snob crowd would just see it as a cheap cash grab
