Frankly, the retort itself is a deflection.
There’s nothing feminine about being ripped. There’s nothing particularly healthy about it, either. On men, or women. It’s a body image with little practical benefit or function.
Guys who are attracted to women who are projecting masculinity as an image, much like guys who are into women with currently men’s style hair cuts, women in uniform (military, police, not stewardess), women with tattoos, women with bulky piercings, etc are, at the end of the day, responding sexually to cues which are most naturally meant to be given by men & responded to by women.
You can respond “sounds like you’re insecure” all day long. I’m not the one getting a boner over a girl with abs & delts.
Bluntly, it’s right up there with being into the kind of women who expect you to know their pronouns & have blue hair.
