the prosecutors took years to gather and present evidence in a logical and consistent manner. they gave him multiple opportunities to speak and he either declined, or personally attacked court officers, he was later ordered to not discuss certain items in public, he did it anyway, then complained he was being censored. He's been given way more latitude and freedom in the courts than just about anyone in American history.
