It's the continuous support on Patreon that helps the project, and while I'm kind of annoyed that most of the content has been shared with the world, I've yet not seen any decline in support.
If it were up to me, I'd be happy to have all of my content available to everybody, but, unfortunately, that does not pay the bills. There needs to be some kind of incentive for people to pay money, thus some of my latex content is paywalled.
After all, Project L is just a hobby that allows me to do more latex stuff, get new latex, upgrade my camera gear occasionally, and so forth.
I'd quit my day job instantly, though, if I could sustain myself on Project L.
