Someone said she died and then the communal power level was maxxed out at which point someone concluded that a series of pictures with hair pieces indicated chemotherapy, which so happened to be made just before she disappeared (for a while).
Someone contacted the photographer, allegedly, who confirmed both were alive. There are indications she PF follows this general and/or the disbanded r/PrincessFatale, so it might be her that brought the speculations to an end.
4chan can be strangely morbid at times.
