As I'm really bad in 'reading' people and seeing/guessing their intentions, I'm allergic to intransparency. I don't like people lying or hiding things which affect me directly.
I respect trans people that they want to live how they feel, which is totally fine. But I dislike the fact that they try to hide their bio (biology and/or biography).
For persons I interact with I am very open, so they can choose how to deal or not deal with me, which is also fine.
And yes, I met a trans girl once for dating reasons and I felt deeply betrayed as I had to discover that she is trans and the did not tell me right away. That's why I moved out of warsaw, it became a hellhole like berlin.
And regarding the AI: Yes for people who are not handicapped in regards of reading facial expressions and faces in general, it may be true.
I worked on a project which tried to identify human facial emotions in real time with AI to assist people like me. That's were I got the idea of trying to recognise the sex of a human person from a picture.
A colleague of mine created a ML model that can find hints of cancer on MRI images way better than a real doctor with years of experience can.
