Scot isn't an insult. Yet Scots are not exactly well behaved. Even calling someone it online gets you prison time. In person at the very least a visit from the police (the same police who solve ~1% of crime and don't even bother responding to most burglaries will always send a half dozen officers for that). They extort (try to get you to pay to go on a brainwashing course), intimidate, and push for prosecution. Its about a £1000 fine and of course they will steal ("""confiscate""") all of your electronic devices to find even the smallest thing, any excuse at all, and they will imprison you.
