We could, then, theoretically, get a woman naked, get her outside, get her in an artistic pose and snap a "vintage" photograph of a nude woman. Hell, we could MAKE a old-time camera on purpose just to be able to snap vintage nudes. It's not like the resources are not avaliable. Surely there is a blueprint for an old film camera on the public domain, not all of them are still copyrighted, I suppose.
