1 Youtube-Google algorithms have been re-re-re-re-fucked up. (e.g. videos with MILLIONS of views simply DO NOT APPEAR WHEN SEARCHED by their exact title, by tags etc) So you need to put out content youtube won't shadowban for no fucking reason like they always do. Youtube search is just fucked, so is the recommended bar (part) fucked.
2 Monetization has been fucked and demonetization is purely abusive these days. You can be fake reported by 20 accounts for "anti-vaccine propaganda" (despite the video having NOTHING to do with vaccines) and have it taken down and your account suspended, even if you never said anything related to health and vaccines, not even a single word, gesture, image, nothing). Youtube is an abusive piece of shit, fucking big tech ruining what people have made and fuck google turning into fascist skynet.
3 It has become a rat race combination of what the youtube AI thinks you want to see + all the peeps who have invested money for channel advertisement + businesses ad investment in video = clusterfuck
4 Unironically the coomer public. Disgusting sex-obsessed freaks, stalkers, creepers, haters make some ASMRtists delete everything or simply stop posting. Some ASMRtists just put out coomer-content for these masses of brain dead morons posting lecherous comments from pakistan, india, africa, suburban fat old boomers, arabs etc
5 Doing ASMR is a hobby, not a job, it doesn't pay, it's not a science, nobody is an experienced master in ASMR, there is no library and no science backing it. Do your own or support what you like, don't blame creators, video and social media platforms have little freedom compared to 2014-2015, facebook and google have become corporate shitholes ruining EXACTLY what made their products popular and practical in the first place, we are at the same level with china on freedom
