It's all kinds of photoshop distorted, by someone who hasn't the most basic notion of natural human proportion. Just knows she wants to emphasize her large breasts and long legs.
It's a terrible photo. Laughably bad. Horribly framed and full of ugly digital grain and artifacts. I'll leave it to others to mention the ridiculous watermarks.
