it may have benefits in reproduction but it's still a non-critical, extranuous point of attraction. you can procreate perfectly fine just being attracted to an unburdened woman. moreover, we're not ogling over women pregnant with *our* offspring
by that standard i would comfortably categorize it as a fetish. a damn good one.
