I must assume that it is a male Nog, and as such, he takes great offence to the position stated of the inferiority of the female of his species when compared to females of the white human species, vaginally speaking anyway. Nogs don't have much interest in females other than for breeding and less often, feeding purposes. They have also been known to sacrifice their females to the white human authorities when responsibility for a crime committed can be avoided.
Furthermore, he also seems to be suggesting that should he chance to meet the holder of this contrary opinion, and such discussion were to ensue, he would be compelled by his native culture to assert dominance by means of a vigorous display of physical superiority or by use of a firearm, no doubt stolen from a white human. In the case of the latter, that is usually the chosen means of settling disagreements when the former cannot be accomplished in the presence of superior numbers of his tribesman, as they are rarely known to confront when they don't outnumber the challenger.
However, let me state for the record that sometimes the Nog's true intent is misread, as they are not a fully developed culture when compared to the humans.
