To put it in as short of words as possible, most Russians have a small but noticeable amount of Asian DNA, and Asian DNA promotes more feminine (and youthful) features such as: very wide foreheads and spaced eyes, eyes that tilt slightly and are recessed further into the skull, giving them the signature Russian girl eyes that look bigger than they actually are, sometimes shorter noses, pointy more feminine chins/jawlines, naturally puffy lips sometimes (usually Far East girls have it), unusually bony bodies, and most importantly, a face where essentially all the important facial features are basically "stuffed in a squashed rectangle/square" and the rest of the geometry of the "head" appears to occupy other places
