Sex workers and others do this all the time: either hoping you don't leave when you find out what they really look like, or it's just an overall trap and you will be hit with a sock of pennies when you walk into the room and are robbed, or it's just a site trying to get you to sign up to access "free real girls in your area!", or even a lone scammer trying to get your personal info so they can blackmail you (screen shot your convo and any pics sent and threaten to send to your wife, gf, or even boss) for money.
Be wary of scams: as a long time John when in between gf's, I've seen my share of scams and read the stories of many others on forums dedicated to just this thing. A girl like that can easily charge a grand+ for a session; $200 gets you average looking girls, less than that below average, at least in my experience.
