White women are all over the place, and will fuck whoever. minorities tend to stick to their own communities and will get judged hard for dating outsiders. If you live in a multicultural city (and they all tend to be) then you will have a better chance of mixing it up with different girls.
I will say this, Black girls like manly men. nothing outrageous, but be generous, bold, and always keep your cool and you should do pretty well.
