>>19739765>>19731506Yeah would have to say that's actually a pretty damn good take on it all.
The impact on potential boyfriends and female friends is definitely more damaging than just the professional impact.
Since there are always plenty of careers which won't be affected and employers are maybe less likely to find out about this stuff than people in your personal life.
I guess there's a big distinction to be made between Onlyfans style e-girling and full blown cam whoring though.
Onlyfans by definition is only supposedly accessible to subscribers and some girls even get away without really going full nude. It's basically no worse than Instagram at that point. Or at least easier to pass it off as such to people who haven't actually seen your account.
On the other hand cam whoring is way more explicit and leaves a more public trail of video evidence or graphic pics. It's much closer to actual porn than anything you'd see on social media.
I think reactions of bf, friends and employers is very different to taking semi-private naughty selfies vs actually doing sex acts on cam for money in a very public way.
Think OP girl is a pretty interesting example actually.
Like other posts mentioned she legit does work for wall street journal now it seems. Can only imagine she's been incredibly lucky thus far and they still aren't aware of it. Because seriously doubt they'd actually keep anyone around if they saw stuff like this.
Think someone in another /b thread about her mentioned she seems to be dating some other journalist guy. Again probably bet good money he has absolutely no clue about any of this either. I legit feel sorry for guys in situations like that, it sucks if they find out and probably even worse if they don't.
Other posts here had it right if girls have distinctive faces like OP and are dumb/unlucky enough to get doxxed it's usually game over in a lot of ways.
