She's very aware of this, so she's thinking of getting implants to keep the volume as it is now. I'll cross that bridge closer to the time, but I've always disliked implants. We have discussed just keeping her in milk after the kid is weaned, but it's a lot of work for her and I'm not sure she's up for it.
