If you look on r/reduction there are so many before and afters that are just comparisons of how a cute top or swimsuit the woman loves fits better after the surgery. Lots of women saying that clothes and bra shopping will be easier, or that they can go braless and wear backless/sleeveless dresses. A lot of fashionable stuff is designed for women with small, perky breasts, there’s just a delicate look to having small breasts that a lot of women view as very feminine without being too sexy, not something easily achievable with bigger breasts. I’m not saying it’s a necessary reason for surgery but I can see how it would wear a woman down over time. It seems kind of vain but I guess there’s also that feeling of being “left out.”
