I mean, next you're going to tell me that The Cure had completely different sounds in 1982 and 1984.
Also, just now I realized that I foolishly replied to you with examples of bands with black people. So I gave you bands across multiple goth genres and eras. I apologize.
If you want more of the "originators of the sound", I'd say check Siouxsie and the Banshees, Bauhaus, Sisters of Mercy, The Cure and Christiand Death.
And saying that two bands within the subculture sound nothing alike is a moot argument when pretty much all music based subcultures have a decent variety of sounds.
