One Russian major IT company has published a transformer-based model called ruDALL-E generating pictures from text in natural language describing them.
And created a website where everyone can use it.

Please note, the pics are distributed under CC-BY-4.0 (this means that attribution and the link to the license text is needed, here it is:

Please remember, not all the generated images are perfect. About 1 in 5 pics of girls is OK.
If you have a modern NVidia GPU, you can generate the images locally at bulk. You need to be a bit familiar with python (if you are not, just install Anaconda) and follow the instruction from the repo:
