One Russian major IT company has published a transformer-based model called ruDALL-E generating pictures from text in natural language describing them.

And created a website where everyone can use it.

Here are some pics generated (not "fakes" (face transfers, body transfers, deepnudes), but fully generated from scratch by AI) from the requests like "very attractive girl smiling". Please note, the pics are distributed under CC-BY-4.0 (this means that attribution and the link to the license text is needed, here it is: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/deed.ru ), though I really doubt that automatically generated images are copyrightable.

Please remember, not all the generated images are perfect. About 1 in 5 pics of girls is OK.

If you have a modern NVidia GPU, you can generate the images locally at bulk. You need to be a bit familiar with python (if you are not, just install Anaconda) and follow the instruction from the repo: https://github.com/sberbank-ai/ru-dalle
