You can find a decent amount of these threads by searching up "dg" or "discreetgent" or "philip sobash" etc etc. Its possible that the the actual discreetgent stole the doctor's identity as an elaborate smear campaign or as a fail safe but it is fairly likely that it was actually the doctor philip sobash. Furthermore dg girls can be recognized by setting and pose. Many of them will adopt very similar poses as he would direct their photos via text.
