I don't believe that anyone who has ever had gender dysphoria can be saved. Once they are that deep into internalized sexism they are basically a lost soul and just better off in a labor camp somewhere cuz they can't really be resuscitated and made whole again. Like even detransitioners or reppers are just gone. Once you come to believe you being male/female is wrong - you are basically brain dead.
