i feel like such a disappointment. my big brother is a well adjusted guy, has a gf, a good salary and hes a fucking doctor. i on the other hand am an autistic and mentally ill tranny. not only that but our age gap likely suggests that i was an accident. i feel bad for my parents. nobody prepares you to have a child like this. they love me and they shouldnt have to deal with my bullshit
