In the contract it says "rent is due monthly in advance on the third of each month"
You have no idea how much confusment this has caused me. I will be up at night thinking about that one sentence and i dont think ill ever be able to truly solve it because everyone seems to disagree with me and i think theyre crazy. If its august, and you say you want the door that is to be opened on october to be opened one month in advance, then you better bet that that door is being opened in semptember. YOU SAID A MONTH IN ADVANCE.

Im moving in on the third of oktober..
So that means, i have to pay the rent for October in semptember. Since semptember is one month in advance before oktober.
