how do i make the jump from looking like a twink to actually being more feminine? i see all of these cute outfits and have even tried some out but they look so gross on me. i do very basic makeup too with some foundation and concealer. what other steps can i take, or is this just the kind of thing i need to learn and get better at as time goes on?
