even if you wait for microwave for 2 minutes.. just do leg exercises.
waiting for coffee? tea? leg butt exercise time. waiting for a pot to boil? leg butt time. etc
it all adds up.
for my thighs i ride dick/dildo for ass i just do alot of donkey kick leg exercises about 200 per day in about 270 degree range of motion
pretty much just work legs/ass/mid torso and eat good. + hrt
anything that will lift your legs behind you will work your ass and core
and if you take alot of dick or dildo just cowgirl it for the squat exercise.
i probably do 500+ squats a night lmao unless my ass needs a break
