>>39718009narcissism can be confused with NPD, since psychiatrists also call NPD narcissism.
Literally everyone can show the behavior cluster, you don't need to be a narcissist to show it. Its normal behavior .Narcissists just show it a lot and those with NPD cannot stop showing it in their daily behavior basically.
The ICD-11 calls it (and psychopathy and machiavellianism and sadism) dissocial behavior and measures it in 3 levels (mild, moderate and severe) and of 2 types (personality problem and personality disorder), where the difference is circumstantial dependant or routinely present basically.
In your case a ICD based diagnosis may fit better.
How you could be treated for threatening others (if you want to stop doing that) is first by mindfulness; knowing when you do it and realizing it at that time.
if that isn't enough, you can engage in more specialized therapies with therapists.
dissocial behavior and the behavior 'narcissism' is not a diagnosis you can get, but you can get help with behaviors related to it at least.
Anyway, it is extremely manipulative. When you engage in that level of manipulation, you drop your empathy to 0 (you don't care about others, especially not your target at that time), and make the entire thing about you only- it also shows severe entitlement. It's timing and event specific narcissism basically.
And sure, once it is over or on other moments you can care about what others feel and want again, but not during that time apparently.

at least in case of real narcissists, they cannot handle critique at all.
I am honestly surprised that people don't get offended by my messages here, wtf? I guess I am too used to triggering people.
