American trans women currently live under the reich of a president who has openly stated he wants to eradicate trans people from public life. They're planning to pass a bill called the "Protect Childhood Innocence Act" which will ban all trans people in the United States from accessing gender affirming medical care and make preforming gender affirming surgeries a federal crime.

So obviously American trans women have to deal with a lot. But don't worry, Canadian trans people go out of their way to make it way worse by constantly degrading us for our nationality. I'm in a lot of discord servers for trans and LGBTQ+ people, and trans people all over the world join these servers, but most users will be from English speaking countries. I constantly see Canadian trans women be actively sadistic to American trans women. There's one Canadian trans woman in a server I'm in who stated she's "on a mission to get at least one American trans woman to kill herself" and started DMing American trans people in the server, harassing them until they showed pictures of their open wounds to her. I also know several American trans women who moved to Canada and got ignored or excluded from transgender spaces for being an American.

I've also seen Canadian trans people repeatedly tell American trans people they shouldn't move to Canada because "Americans aren't welcome in Canada" as if every Americans trans person has the mark of the beast because of where they were born and nothing about who they are as a person matters. Apparently Canadian trans people think they inherently deserve more rights than American trans people by virtue of where they were born.

I'm Jewish, and this entire situation makes me wonder if Jews in France felt this way about Jews in Germany. The fact that this animosity towards trans Americans from trans Canadians is so consistent seriously makes me wonder where the aggressiveness comes from. Why do you hate us so much?
