>first actionable step
I remember when I discover I'm trans as i was 18 and i made a list of things that trigger my dysphoria and for these things I listed solutions if possible. For instance, no tits -> hrt and ba, masc voice -> voice training, too tall -> nothing I can do. One of the things I've written there were eybrows and i realised i could just pluck them to perfection the same day. it wasnt "perfection" at first, but after some time i got it right and now im still doing it all by myself. So that would be my first actionable step if you ask. Other things would be trying n practicing different styles of makeup, voice training, finding everyday clothes that match ur body type and u generally like wearing, getting a right haircut, getting ur nails done by a professional. Its pretty simple, I'm 6'1, 21yo, 2 years HRT, recently come out and at this point I feel like I'm getting somewhere, ppl are telling me that my face and my voice have changed a lot for the past year. U gotta try these things before u splurge on surgeries i guess
