I lost 45kg (117kg to now 72kg) and im 5'11, it took me 2 years which coincided with me starting hrt stopped boymoding after that time too. Even though I want to lose more, between weight loss and hrt I feel much more comfortable in my body, to the extent that im kinda whoring it up rn.
I lost 17kg the first year, then dropped the rest the second year, and of that, I rapidly lost most weight 1.5 - 2yrs in.
The reason im telling you this is because to lost that amount of weight you have to really find out what works for you for long term. ofc calories in < calories out, but how you achieve that makes all the difference. For instance, i found out i really enjoyed running and even if its not "for weight loss", starting the day with a run made me feel better and helped me make better food choices later.
rn start hrt if you haven't, and just count your calories, dont try yet to make wide changes, just get an idea of what you're consuming.
From there, incorporate exercise, any exercise, start connecting to your body. Then try to calorie deficit.
I also tried purging (worked for a bit but i would always bounce back, probably because I did it when I was stressed and then would stress eat out of it a couple weeks later), laxatives, starving self etc etc. It'll be a messy journey of self discovery but you can do it babe
