tranners how do i get motivation to restart hrt

about 6mo ago i had a really bad psychotic break and stopped taking my meds (hrt included) but every time i try to manipulate myself into restarting my meds i just sort of freeze up
how can i force myself to take them

ah well... uou see... the problem is that .. not having taken them reinforces the idea that im too useless to maintain even a simple habit and therefore reinforces the idea that its all useless and i shouldn't bother
i always tell myself 'todays the day ill restart even just one of my meds' and by the end of the day im back to rotting in bed again
