Well obviously for one you gotta take on an entire unlearning process, kinda wiping your plate clean of everyone you had around you. You just aren't gonna be sticking around the same people post transition as you were before. Some people are just not gonna be cool with it. Then too your brain goes through some shifts in how it perceives things due to hormonal flux. Maybe as a boy i'd do somethings stupid and not think through things, but biologically i've shifted to where its not the case anymore. Fundamentally you stop being the same person.
