How do you if you are gay with BDD, or if you are a tranny?

In practice it doesn’t matter for me, but I’d like to at least know what caused all this before I kill myself.

Idk. I dislike my features/body, but I can’t tell of that’s because I’m just ugly, or because I hate being masculine, or because of dysphoria, or because of sole mixture of things.
I think I would be really happy if I were a hot femboy, but not if I were a gigachad, if that makes sense.

Trans dysphoria is primarily genital, social, & voice based. If your dick doesn't disgust you, or if you'd be fine with being called "sir" or a man all your life, you're probably just gay.
