Bring awareness to your hands. Imagine holding a smooth stone representing all that you've been carrying about your thoughts of being in the "wrong body". Observe it, then gently place it upon the ground, letting the earth receive it.

You are not your worries. You are the stillness beneath the movement. The sky that holds the passing clouds.
