I didn't cut myself, while these kids showed their wrists constantly. I wasn't trying to be so edgy that I looked cringe. I wasn't shoving BTS into every conversation that I had.
We had a flamerfag in our class too, but other than calling him faggot behind his back, no one touched him. He used to organize every schooltrip. He wasn't an asskisser like one of emo kids. He didn't say he was gay openly.
We had one bully, but he was annoying. He used to beat his girlfriends, but then he got bullied too. He had to change school.
From my personal experience, I have seen people getting bullied for a short time for something that makes them theoretically annoying: gay, depressed, autistic. But then the bullies stop bullying you, if you are not actually annoying.
