Studies which purport to show pervasive harm resulting from "CSA" are deeply flawed and rely on clinical samples and don't properly control for confounding factors such as home environment. When these issues are addressed, a history of "CSA" has 1/6th the predictive power in predicting later maladjustment than coming from an unstable and violent household.
More importantly, consensual minor-adult sexual relations are not correlated with any harm whatsoever, and in fact they have positive effects (see the works of Dr. Frits Bernard, Edward Brongersma, and Theo Sandfort), so it makes little sense to prohibit loving, prosocial sexual relations between minors and adults on the basis that non-voluntary ones can be harmful (especially when the harm they cause is vastly overstated).
