If you're concerned, switch to edibles or vape carts (if legal in your state, I heard bad things about the off-market ones). Smoking it isn't as bad as cigs but it does have some of the same effects, like more chance for wrinkles. I think bongs are also better than smoking since you're inhaling vapor, but they can still damage your lungs a bit if you care

Avoid smoking weed, check out RSO cannabis oil.
You eat it in cookies or folded butter slices.

I'd bet smoking anything combustible generally negates any potential positive effect of what you're smoking. Just use one of the million other non-smoking ways to ingest.

It would be even shadier if the research actually proves true when you dig deeper on multiple search engines.

Smoke dries out your skin and makes you look older. Also when you're on weed your eyes become smaller and redder so it messes up your appearance. Both of these things are not totally permanent if you switch to edibles you can work on repairing your skin.
